MCDONALD’S
Fast food giant in need of a complete overhaul of their Arlington Heights location to increase energy efficiency and reduce costs. Both exterior and interior lighting, as well as HVAC, are all components of this project.
LOS COMALES
Little Village taqueria in desperate need of improved energy efficiency with a combination of long weekly hours and poor lighting. Pushing 115 hours of work per week, this was a perfect opportunity for them to save money on their operating costs, and make their work environment much better for their workers.
VERIO GRAPHICS
On December 27th 2017, Verde took on Verio Graphics' warehouse. The multifaceted project had to meet the needs of Verio's detail oriented service of wrapping vehicles.
FORBIDDEN ROOT
A historic Chicago theater turned beautiful botanic brewery and restaurant come to Verde to help move their energy usage into the modern era. Verde assists Forbidden Root in the East Village with both their interior and exterior lighting, as well as their refrigeration.
WHEELING FIRE DEPARTMENT
The Wheeling Fire Department is a full-service organization providing a variety of services to the community. The Fire Department serves approximately 40,000 residents (approximately 75,000 daytime) in an area approximately 10 square miles in size. Aircraft rescue and fire fighting (ARFF), as well as emergency medical service are also provided to Chicago Executive Airport. In order to adequately serve the needs of the community, 3 fire stations are staffed on a 24-hour basis with full-time personnel
SONO EAST APARTMENTS/GREYSTAR MANAGEMENT
Greystar is an industry leader when it comes to providing gold star business services along the lines of property management, investment management, development and construction services. Verde Energy Efficiency Experts found opportunities to save money at their SoNo East Apartments by retrofitting existing T8 Fixtures with TLEDs.
ALSIP-MERRIONETTE PARK PUBLIC LIBRARY
Modern libraries need modern lighting controls to create the ideal reading environment. Verde Energy Efficiency Experts worked to cut cost while providing recommendations that best suited patrons and workers alike.
