Cassidy is originally from Portland, Oregon. Growing up in the pacific northwest provided an opportunity to connect with nature from a young age which inspired her passion for the environment. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon in 2019 and moved to Chicago in 2021 to pursue a masters degree in Environmental Science and Sustainability from Loyola University Chicago.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time reading, going for runs, walking along the lakefront, and being around any and all dogs.
